Yixuan joined Vertu Capital in September 2025.

Prior to joining Vertu, she worked at BMO Capital Markets in the Power, Utilities, and Infrastructure Investment Banking team, where she advised clients within the PU&I space across North America on buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions consisting of both platform and asset sales, as well as capital raises. She worked with a diverse client base including utility companies, renewable power producers, and financial sponsors, supporting complex transactions and strategic advisory.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Honors Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business at Western University.
