Lindsay is a seasoned senior executive who has significant proficiency building and running a diverse set of businesses. As a former Officer of Microsoft Corporation and a multi-time founder and CEO, Lindsay has extensive experience scaling and guiding businesses to industry leading returns.

As well as managing a set of personal technology investments, Lindsay also sits on several boards and provides strategic guidance to large investment firms and select companies, which includes a successful track record while partnering with Ms. Melchior on numerous transactions during her time at OMERS Private Equity.

During his 16-year tenure at Microsoft, Lindsay had responsibility spanning numerous business units:

• Worldwide sales of products and services to small and medium-sized enterprises, responsible for $17B of revenue across 100 countries.
• Internet Division including Search Technologies, Ecommerce, Music, Travel, MSNBC, and a number of other affiliated properties including strategic M&A (8 Product Units).
• Led the strategic incubation of Microsoft Managed Services.

Before joining Microsoft, Lindsay began his career as a mainframe systems programmer in 1980, participated in two technology start-ups and helped establish Fujitsu’s presence in Canada.
