Kate joined Vertu Capital in July 2024 as an Associate. Prior to joining Vertu, Kate spent five years working in Technology Investment Banking at RBC where she advised companies on a variety of transactions, including IPOs, buy-side and sell-side M&A, and capital raises.

Kate holds a Bachelor of Medical Sciences from the University of Western Ontario and a Bachelor of Arts in Honors Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business.
