Brian joined Vertu in June 2025 as an Associate, bringing experience from prior roles at OMERS Private Equity, where he focused on minority growth and buyout investments in healthcare technology, and TD Securities, where he advised infrastructure clients on M&A and capital raises. Brian holds an Honours in Investment Management from McGill University, where he graduated with Distinction in the top 10% of his program.
